Where is the Ubiquitous Women's Expo taking place?
Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 801 Mt. Vernon Place NW, Washington, DC 20001. The Convention Center is in the heart of downtown DC, convenient to restaurants, shops, and things to do.
What if I need overnight hotel accommodations?

The Ubiquitous Women’s Expo has reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate at the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC located across the street from the Convention Center. The room block cut off date is August 1st, 2019. Click here to secure your hotel room.

Are there other hotels available, if the host hotel is sold out?

As long as you reserve your room by August 1st you should be able to reserve a room at our host hotel, the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC.

What are the closest Metro stations to the Convention Center?

Take Metro’s Green or Yellow line to Mt. Vernon Sq. 7th St-Convention Center.
Take WMATA Metrobus routes 70, 79 and 74 to the Ubiquitous Expo.

What is the deadline for exhibitor registration?

Pay for your booth by June 1, 2019 and receive a 10% discount on your booth price. The regular deadline is July 1st, 2019, or until the last space has been sold.

Can I purchase tickets to The Ubiquitous Women's Expo online?

Can I purchase tickets to The Ubiquitous Women's Expo at the door?

Yes. Tickets will also be sold at registration on Saturday, August 24th and Sunday, August 25th. Ticket prices are $20 at the door for a One Day Pass and $40 for a Two-Day Pass.

What does a ticket to The Ubiquitous Women's Expo include?

A standard pass to The Ubiquitous Women’s Expo will give you access to our exhibitor halls full of fantastic shopping opportunities, educational workshops, thought provoking main stage panels, our star studded performances and a Ubiquitous bag (while supplies last).

  • Take George Washington Memorial Pkwy, I-395 N and 12th St Expy to 12th St NW in Washington
  • Head southeast on Aviation Cir
  • Turn right toward Smith Blvd
  • Continue onto Smith Blvd
  • Slight right onto the GW Pkwy N ramp to I-395/Washington
  • Merge onto George Washington Memorial Pkwy
  • Use the right lane to merge onto I-395 N via the ramp to Washington
  • Use the 2nd from the right lane to stay on I-395 N
  • Use the 2nd from the right lane to take the 12th St exit toward L’Enfant Promenade
