A Virtual Experience

Note From Our Founder

Like most of us on January 1, 2020, I was so hopeful about all the great possibilities that the New Year promised. The year 2019 was a great year; it also had its share of major challenges. These facts had me looking eagerly toward the start of the new decade. However…

Little did we know what was in store. Team Ubiquitous was working hard to create an event that was better than the prior six events. Then the Pandemic… I kept telling myself that this is a bad dream. Thirty days into the pandemic, I soon realized that this issue was real. I needed to put into action the five-letter word that has always enabled me to adjust to unexpected happenings in my life.

That word is “pivot”. The word PIVOT is an essential action word that will keep you moving in spite of the situation.

Our work life situation has changed, our social life has changed, and hopefully our spiritual life will change for the best all due to COVID-19. We, all, had to adjust to what is now our new normal. In April, I was still hoping that the Ubiquitous Women’s Expo could still take place. But, as the coronavirus continued to infect more people, I realized that people’s lives, and those of their loved ones, held precedence. I had to make the decision that I wanted to avoid. But, maybe not entirely!

We still wanted to connect with our Ubiquitous family in some kind of meaningful way. I did not want to cancel Ubiquitous until I could announce “the alternative.” Nothing is more valuable than face to face interaction, true. But the virtual experience has become the next best thing.

On September 19, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 pm., you will have the opportunity to experience Ubiquitous Virtually. Let’s stay connected and believe that all of us will come out of this pandemic better than when we went into it.

See you at the Ubiquitous Women’s Expo Virtual Experience!
